Autumn Invitational Exhibition:《When Green Gives Way to Red》

여름의 짙은 녹음이 물러나고,계절은 빛을 조금씩 덜어내며 조용한 감정의 결을 드러냅니다.눈에 보이지 않는 변화는 그림자처럼 스며들고,그 흐름을 감각으로 좇게 되는 계절, 가을.

이번 전시는 빛과 색, 질감과 선의 변화를 따라한 계절의 감정선을 시각적으로 그려낸 여정입니다. 희미한 흑백에서 시작된 작품들은 시간이 지나며 점점 더 선명해지고, 색은 번지고 물들며, 결국 두터운 흔적으로 화면 위에 남습니다. 그리고 마지막엔 아직 이름보다 감각이 앞서는, 새로운 작가들의 작업으로 이어집니다.

작가 각자의 내면에서 출발한 이 작업들은 ‘가을’이라는 공통된 계절감 속에서서로 다른 온도와 감정으로 관람객 앞에 놓입니다. 관람의 시작부터 끝까지,한 겹씩 깊어지는 감각의 흐름이 이어지길 바랍니다.

《When Green Gives Way to Red》

As the thick greenery of summer fades, the season gradually sheds its light, quietly revealing the contours of emotion. Invisible changes seep in like shadows, and we begin to sense the shifting of time — this is autumn.

This exhibition follows the changes in light, color, texture, and line, tracing a visual journey through the emotional arc of a season. Starting with faint monochrome works, the artworks grow more defined over time. Colors begin to bleed and spread, eventually leaving thick traces on the canvas. In the final section, we meet emerging artists — whose sensibilities precede their names.

Each work, born from the artist’s inner world, stands within the shared context of autumn, yet presents a distinct temperature and emotion. From beginning to end, we invite you to walk through a slow-deepening flow of feeling.
